LMT, PTA (OR#5522)
Helping people find pain relief and achieve lasting rehabilitation is the heart of my practice. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 1999 and have been passionately honing my craft ever since. In 2017, I further expanded my expertise by earning an Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy. This strong educational foundation allows me to assess movement patterns, pinpoint dysfunctions, and address the root causes of discomfort.
I take great pride in my work, not only as a hands-on therapist but also as an educator and motivator in your healing journey. I see myself as part of your healthcare team, often collaborating with your existing practitioners to ensure a comprehensive approach to your well-being. My clients appreciate the depth of my knowledge, my keen assessment skills, and the results-driven techniques I bring to every session—leading to real, lasting change
LMT (OR #19145)
With 20 years of experience in bodywork, my primary goals are first to help ease tension, stress, and pain through nurturing and responsive touch, and second, to improve posture and mobility by addressing muscle imbalances, adhesions, and holding patterns so you can continue living your best life! I employ a blend of modalities from my extensive training to design an effective, relaxing treatment specific to your needs.
My toolbox includes: Swedish, Connective-Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Cupping, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Medical Massage, Massage for Survivors of Cancer, Trauma-Informed Bodywork, Ten-Session Structural Massage Therapy and more.
My deep understanding of movement and anatomy is enhanced by my background in dance, yoga, and Pilates instruction.
We are a woman-owned practice focused on evidence-based massage therapy and bodywork.

Each session is customized to your needs. A brief intake will be done to discuss what your body and you need that day. Often, a variety of techniques will be incorporated into your session. Aspects of posture, mobility, balance, and repetitive motion will be assessed to create a unique session that is designed to address those issues and leave you informed, relaxed and well taken care of. We are located on the first floor with an ADA accessible bathroom.
